Do you serve food?
In addition to our full line of coffees, pastries, cakes and ice creams, we serve panini, personal pizzas and other traditional Italian café fare. You can even view our menu online.

No reservations are required or accepted.

Do you cater parties?
Yes, we have a separate full service cafe on our 2nd floor.  We can accommodate parties from 10 to 80 people.  From offsite office meetings, birthday parties, tour groups, showers, etc., let Ferrara be your historic meeting place.  For more information, please call (800) 871-6068 and ask for catering & party department.

What are your hours of operation?
Our regular hours are 8AM to Midnight Sunday through Friday, 8AM to 1AM on Saturday.

What size cakes do you make?
We make cakes for from 6 to 110 people. The Pastries and Cakes in our online catalog are available for shipping throughout the continental US. In addition, we also offer other Specialty Cakes and Wedding Cakes for delivery within the metropolitan New York Area.

Do you make wedding cakes?
Yes, wedding cakes have been our specialty for 110 years.

Do you have any other locations?
Yes, we have 2 kiosks in Central Park at Merchants Gate (59th St. & Columbus Circle) across from the Time Warner Center.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver in the five boroughs seven days a week. There is a delivery charge, which varies depending on the borough and distance.

What are your delivery hours?
Deliveries are between 9:00 AM and 1:00PM.  Due to various reasons having to do with routing, amount of deliveries, etc. we cannot guarantee a specific time.

Is there a minimum for delivery?
Yes, there is $25 minimum in the metropolitan New York area.

Do you accept cash on delivery?
No, items for delivery must be paid for by cash in advance or by credit card when placing the order.

Do you ship to other parts of the United States?
Yes, we ship throughout the continental US via UPS and US Postal Service.
