Arrival Target Dates
Our products range from extremely perishable items packed with dry ice to non-perishable items. Because of this we are unable to give exact dates for the arrival of your order. You will have the option to choose a target arrival date when you check out. We use this date as the approximate date you want your order by. We will try to make sure your order will arrive as close to your chosen date as possible but not after the indicated date. Target arrival dates must be between Monday through Friday. The only way to ensure your order arrives on a certain date, you must choose UPS Next Day Air taking into account the processing times indicated. We suggest that for these time critical orders that you call us rather than placing your order online. Please use the table below to guide you with an approximate arrival date.

Shipper and Addressing Information
We use United Parcel Service for our shipping. It is important that the shipping address is correct. Incorrect shipping addresses delay your order and may incur charges from UPS and possibly the return of the order. Ferrara and our carriers cannot be responsible for any spoiled product due to an incorrect address or if merchandise is left outside for an extended period of time because the recipient is unable to receive package. All address correction charges associated with you order will be billed to you. It is important when shipping to a recipient at a place of business, that you include the company name, suite number, floor number or mail-stop. We cannot ship to a PO or APO box, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or Alaska through our website. You must call Ferrara customer service to in order to ship to these locations. We do not ship to any international location.
Receipt of Your Order
Due to the nature of our product we do not require a delivery signature. If no one is present to receive the order, our carrier will attempt to leave it with a neighbor or in as secure a place as possible. Ferrara and its carriers cannot be responsible for the condition of any order if the recipient is unable to receive the package upon delivery. Ferrara and our carriers cannot be responsible for any spoiled product due to an incorrect address or if merchandise is left outside for an extended period of time because the recipient is unable to receive package. We ask that if this is a gift order, please inform the recipient that something is on the way. Weather - Ferrara is not responsible for late shipments due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Special Shipping Charges and Taxes
We charge an additional $15.00 per item on any product that requires dry ice and a Styrofoam chest. The additional charge covers the cost of 5 lbs. of dry ice, a Styrofoam chest and special packaging. We did not want to include this as a hidden charge making these kinds of products on the surface seem too expensive. All of our products are priced as if you were buying them at our retail locations and the packaging and shipping costs are clearly indicated. We are obligated to collect NY and NJ sales tax. This will be automatically calculated when you proceed through checkout.
